Welcome to BTT! It's always the first books you read that have the biggest impact. I have a few younger audience books, but read them when I was older, but that doesn't make them any less wonderful.
I'd like to add my welcome to BTT. I was pleased to see that some of the books on my list are on yours. I know that I was steered toward good books when I was a kid and those are definitely the memorable ones.
